Most hotels create an attractive reception area - and then struggle to hide the clutter of PC, peripherals and wires. Often the result is a superficially attractive one where the PC is hidden away as best as possible, usually resulting in poor ergonomics for staff - or they just let it all hang out and the first impression is somewhat ruined.

Guests can plug in their memory stick and catch up on work, watch DVDs and play CDs through an impressive 160W sound system, hook up their MP3 player and relax to their own music, plug in a camera and admire their holiday snaps on a wall mounted plasma TV, use the Internet to explore the local area for restaurants, car hire and other amenities - or simply browse the hotel guest facilities such as spa treatments. This can be additional revenue or be part of your 'premier guest' service.
