How it Works

Integrated in our furniture is a unique and patented remote control for a PC. Known as the Freemote, it sits within the desk's worksurface and duplicates the key PC controls at the user's fingertips. This means an industry-standard PC can be hidden up to 20 metres away with no loss of functionality.

This unique solution creates attractive, damage/theft proof, space-saving, clutter-free, ergonomic and green computing. By storing the PCs elsewhere you can significantly reduce the heat output in the room, meaning substantial reductions in air-conditioning costs.

 

The Remote Control works with regular PCs (HP, Dell etc) and doesn't invalidate the manufacturer's warranty, only requiring a PCI card to be inserted in the PC. The Remote Control is simple plug and play technology, PC and Remote Control are connected by data cable (via the PCI card) it needs no software installing and doesn't affect the running of the PC.
